Excellent irons!
The Ram FXT irons are absolutely beautiful. Built my 4i-P set the the KBS Max 80 stiff shaft and Lamkin Crossline Black midsize grip all at NO extra charge. Took about 2 weeks for Ram to built, ship, and deliver so keep that in mind. These are a beautiful cross between player's distance and game improvement irons. Very forgiving, hot off the face with good distance, and high flight with decent amount of stopping power to hold the greens. Don't let the stock pictures turn you off thinking these are massive in size. These a just slightly longer face and slightly thicker topline compared to the standard player's distance nirons from the big brands. While the feel is nowhere as soft as forged 1020C or S20C carbon steel, it's a good feel and plenty soft compared to other cast iron clubs. Excellent set of quality irons and at this price point, I don't think any other DTC companies can compete. I Know these are very similar to the MacGregor Macspd Irons in specs, but those have a higher starting price point and anything but the standard Crossline grips comes at an upcharge.

FXT 5 to G iron set with Recoil 660 senior shafts
I have owned many sets of clubs over the past three years since I picked up the game at age 66. Recently retired, I turned into a club junkie and landed earlier this year with a set of Titleist AP1 716s and a forged set of older Ben Hogan Apex Edge forged clubs. In short, the AP1s are vastly superior to the older hogans. Out go the Hogans and in come the RAM FXTs. I was intrigued by the technology of these clubs, the likes and the price so I took a chance and ordered a set. There is now no looking back. I’ve now played the FXTs about a dozen times. They look great and clean up after a round beautifully. They feel a little heavier than the ap1s with similar shafts but I swing them far more consistently. They feel as good as the old hogans on a great strike. They are farther and straighter than the AP1. I took a chance on the FXTs as they are new with minimal reviews but thankfully I am very happy with this set and highly recommend them.
